Childbirth Education - I teach monthly classes at Bella Vita in Cottonwood. Each class contains helpful information about breastfeeding, pain coping techniques, what to expect, how a partner can help and much more! The cost is $75 per couple.

Placenta Encapsulation - I use the raw method to prepare the placenta. It's usually a 48 hour turn around. I pick up and drop off. The cost is $170


My Doula services will include but are not limited to:
*a complimentary interview (email, phone,skype or in-person)
*a prenatal visit to go over your birthplan and any questions (email,phone,skype or in-person)
*unlimited communication through email and phone throughout the pregnancy
*when in active labor I will come to your home or place of birth (your preference) and stay with you through the birth
*will offer massage, acupressure, birth-plan tracking, coping techniques, and more while in labor.
*support through the immediate postpartum period (helping initiate breastfeeding if desired)
